- Spleen is normal.
- Bladder: the bladder wall is thin and regular, clear contents.
- Uterus is anteversion, APD: ... mm, homogenous structure, endometrium mesured ...mm
related to the ... th day of mestrual cycle.
- Uterine appendages are normal.
- Douglas pouch is free.
*** CONCLUSION: No obvious abnormality founded in the abdomino-pelvic ultrasonography.
